Where you need us.
We serve seven area counties with multiple locations to meet you where you need to be. CIP offers therapy services in personal care homes, assisted living facilities, senior centers and apartments, and outpatient clinics. If none of those are convenient for you, no problem - in-home treatment is our specialty! You don’t need to qualify for homebound status for us to provide outpatient therapy in your own home.
